CAD/CAM and Multiple Pallet Technology are features of several of our machines and these combined with our jig and fixture experience equips us well for economics high-volume production.

Reverse Engineering

Clients frequently rely on our skill to reverse engineer and make new parts for obsolete plants and machinery. We have extended the life of many assets and ensured our clients facilities are up and running quickly during a breakdown.

Mechanical site services

Track Industries offers comprehensive on-site fitting, maintenance and installation services. From emergency break down support through to fully equipped teams for planned shut downs, we have the resources to make it happen. With the backing of our workshop, there is very little we can't handle. We are conversant with current H&S regulations and hygiene requirements for sensitive sites.

COMPONENT repair and salvage

This area has rapidly become a specialty for Track Industries. From reclaiming worn pivots on heavy earth-moving equipment through to refurbishing damaged pumps and valves, we are experts in the field of component reclamation. We offer specialists welding, metal spraying, robotic bore welding and on-site line boring in addition to our full machine shop. Reassembly and testing are all part of the service.

testing service

We can facilitate Third Party Destructive and Non Destructive Testing through several local agencies. We can also provide feedback on metallurgy such as material type and hardness.

Drawing CAD / CAM

Our drawing and 3D modelling services are often requested and we utilize our Auto Desk suite (Autocad and Fusion 360) to provide what you require.
